Booking Policy

  1. Online Reservations Only

    • All bookings must be made through our official online booking system.

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  2. Rescheduling

    • Guests may reschedule their booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.

    • Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the booking time cannot be accommodated.

  3. Arrival Time

    • Guests must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time for check-in and safety instructions.

    • Late arrivals may result in reduced activity time or cancellation without refund.

  4. Damages

    • Customers are financially responsible for any damage to equipment, property, or facilities caused by their actions or negligence during their booking.

    • The payment method used for the booking may be charged to cover repair or replacement costs.

      Reckless Operation

  • Any customer operating equipment recklessly, endangering themselves, others, or property, may be removed from the activity by our Safety Officer without a refund.

  • Reckless operation includes, but is not limited to, ignoring safety instructions, speeding in restricted areas, or performing unsafe maneuvers.

    • Customer Cancellations

    • Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking time are not eligible for a refund.

    • Company Cancellations

    • If we cancel a booking due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive the option of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

    • Refund Processing

    • All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
